- Wills:
- Monday and Thursday, 0900 to 1100. Please go to the above website and fill out the questionnaire, then call 310-653-3084 or DSN: 633-3084 with the upper and lower case ticket number the system will issue you to schedule an appointment to have your Will(s) drafted and executed, same day service
- To speak with an attorney, you MUST be on active duty, retired or 100% VA! For reservists you MUST be on active duty Title 10 orders!
- Notary and Powers of Attorney: Walk-in Monday through Friday 0800 to 1530, but Thursday 0800 to 1400, Must have military ID card and unexpired driver's license with your picture on it
- The Legal Office is on the first floor in building 271, after the elevators. Park at the BX, Commissary or by the gas station

- Military family members with valid military ID card
- Disabled veterans with 100% military ID card
- Claims Service Procedures:
- The DD Form 1840 (pink form) should be filled out at delivery of your household goods. The DD Form 1840R (reverse of DD Form 1840) must be filled out and filed within 75 days after delivery. File online. If you mail directly to the carrier,
- Get a return receipt. NOTE: THIS IS NOT FILING A CLAIM!
