Legal Services
Legal assistance is provided through the 49WG/JA office. Legal Assistance attorneys may give advice, but cannot draft court documents or represent members or their families in court. Legal Assistance is provided by appointment only. Power of Attorneys and other Notary Services are during walk-in hours. Legal assistance appointments are on Tuesdays, 9:30 - 11:00 am and walk-in legal assistance is on Thursdays, 1:30 - 3:00 pm.
Wills are drafted and executed, by appointment only, on Wednesday mornings from 8:30 - 11:30 am. Please call the legal office to schedule an appointment at 575-572-7217.
