Commissary
There is a full service Commissary at the Ord Military Community (formerly Fort Ord), as well as a full service Post Exchange. The commissary accepts both WIC and 
Food Stamps, and has early admittance on Saturday mornings for seniors. At the Presidio is a smaller Post Exchange.
There are Outdoor Markets in Monterey - downtown on Tuesday evenings, at Monterey Peninsula College on Thursday evenings, and in Marina on Sundays. Local, fresh produce, flowers, cooked food from local restaurants and crafts are available.
