Notary Services are during the above regular legal assistance hours.
Types of Services
This assistance includes, but is not limited to:
- Legal assistance (such as reviewing VA contracts for the purchase of a home, advice on domestic problems such as divorce, separation, and assistance in matters involving the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act)
- Wills
- Notary service
- Power of attorney
- Claims briefings
- Household goods claims reporting
- Federal income tax support, and electronic mailing of tax forms.
- The base legal office is responsible for preparing, compiling and reporting all military justice actions to include Article 15 nonjudicial punishment and court-martial actions.
- Responsible for ensuring the adequacy of the installation Victim-Witness Program.
