Temporary Lodging Facility

Army Lodging at Fort Lee is operational 24/7. Fort Lee Lodging operates 1425 units of transient quarters to support the installations' training mission. Most of the lodging units are single student's quarters  that provide temporary lodging for military Families on PCS orders. On a space available basis only, these rooms also may be used to lodge extended Family members (brothers, mothers, fathers, etc.) visiting Fort Lee residents. However, the rooms must be booked in the sponsor's name and the sponsor is responsible for the actions of the room occupants. Nightly rates range from $52 to $66 depending on room size and occupancy of the room. Space available reservations are accepted 24 hours in advance of arrival. Reservations can be made by calling the toll-free number or by email.

Off Post Housing

The average one-bedroom apartment will run in the neighborhood of $800 and 2-bedroom about $865 and up per month excluding utilities. Fort Lee is very unique in its layout, depending on which gate you leave the premises you will find yourself in a different city or county. The average rental home is $1100. Contact HSO for updates.
