Documents to Hand Carry
You will need the following documents to inprocess: 201 file, Health and Dental Records, Leave Form, and 10 copies of your PCSing orders and amendments. Soldiers are advised to eat prior to inprocessing at the Welcome Center in Bldg 503.
BOOK YOUR LOCAL HOTELS HERE On-post temporary lodging at Fort Bliss is in Buildings 11300 and 11345 and in Guesthouse 1744. The closest off-post hotels and motels are 3 miles south of the main entrance to Fort Bliss and 3 miles east between Fort Bliss and the El Paso International Airport.
Reporting Procedures
At The El Paso International Airport there is a military liaison from 6:00 am to 12 midnight. Contact the liaison for assistance at 915-562-3606.
Once on post, follow the signs to the Welcome Center/Personnel Processing Center for in-processing. In-processing is conducted at the centralized Personnel Processing Center in Bldg 505 on Pershing Road. The building is open daily 24 hours. In-processing begins at 8:45 a.m. the next business day at the Welcome Center, Bldg 503, on Pershing Road. The uniform for in-processing is ACUs.
All Personnel (Officer & Enlisted) --Should report to the Welcome Center Bldg 503, on Pershing Road.
United States Army Sergeants Major Academy Students and Permanent Party --Should report to the Welcome Center Bldg 503 on Pershing Rd.
William Beaumont Army Medical Center -- WBAMC personnel report to the Welcome Center, Bldg 503 on Pershing Rd.
