Reservations/Eligibility and Pets
Temporary Duty (TDY): All DOD personnel may obtain a reservation 6 months in advance. Length of stay is based on official orders as long as space is available. No pets allowed.
Military personnel on Permanent Change of Station (PCS) may initially obtain a reservation 6 months in advance for up to 30 days. Pets (dogs, cats, fish and small birds) are permitted only in designated rooms, 2 pet maximum. A $140.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to the guest in addition to a $5.00 daily fee per pet.
DOD Civilians may stay if traveling on official PCS orders, however reservations may only be booked five nights at a time for a maximum of 30 days (if space is available). No pets allowed.
All military personnel (active and retired) and only DOD Civilians traveling on official PCS orders are eligible to stay as space available/unofficial travelers.
Space Available/Unofficial Travel: Call 30 days prior to arrival. If space is available, you may book up to five nights at a time. No pets allowed.
**A list of area kennels may be obtained from the front desk at Lodging or Army Community Service (ACS).
