Child Development Center (CDC)
The Child Development Center (CDC) is located at Building 1001, 1001 Juniper Drive, Fallon, NV 89496-5000 and can be reached at 775-423-5808.
The Child Development Center (CDC) offers full-time care for children of working parents in the infant, pre-toddler, toddler and pre-school age groups. There may be a short waiting period for full-time spaces due to limited accommodations. The center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
Full-time is offered for ages pre-toddler through school age. Part-time care is offered for pre-school only (ages three through pre-kindergarten). Drop-in services can be arranged for infant care through pre-school age. Respite care is available and can be arranged on a needs basis. Programs within the CDC are developmental in nature to meet the social, physical, emotional and cognitive needs of children. The CDC is under USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program and serves children breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack daily.
The CDC is one of the programs under Fleet and Family Support Center services, NAS Fallon.
Hours of Operation -- The center is open from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
