Legal Services
The Legal and Claims Office is located in Building 11, second floor. Call 570-615-7210 for an appointment.
The Legal Office provides general legal advice, counseling, power of attorney, wills, and tax preparation information.
The Claims Officer is also located in this office and assists military and family members with claims for damaged household goods.
Legal services are only available for active duty personnel, their dependents, and reservists and national guardsmen performing Annual Training or within the 90 days following a mobilization. Retirees requesting legal services should call 570-615-7834.
