The Commissary is open to all active duty and retired military and their dependents, and active duty Reservists. The Commissary also accepts WIC checks and SNAP.

Check out our website on commissaries.com and check out Tobyhanna for dates of sales. A new feature also available on the website allows customers to view current promotions based upon availability of products carried at the Tobyhanna Commissary. We utilize our entrance and back room for bulk items and Club Pack for additional savings to our patrons. We also have installed a TV in front of the store that lists all of our upcoming events, sales, etc. 

We have had two exciting additions for Shoppers. The first is the introduction of a new Commissary Rewards Card that allows shoppers to “clip coupons” directly to their rewards card. For more information speak with any of our friendly and helpful store employees. The second is the installment of Electronic Shopping Labels (ESL’s). These labels are easy to read and identify sale specials with a flashing sale sign.

We offer Special Order services in all departments. For Grocery items, call 570-615-7709, X3206, the Meat Department @ X3207 or Produce Department @X3207.

Any military members that are 100% disabled or have any questions regarding eligibility may call Military Personnel on the base at 570-615-7409. As of June 2011, Military ID cards will no longer be issued with your SSN and will be replaced with a unique number. We also want to encourage customers who have questions on assisted shopping for a disabled patron or those who require assistance for other reasons, contact the Military ID desk at 570-615-7409. Disabled patrons may enter the commissary ½ hour before the store opens. We have handicap carts available for our valued customers.
