Temporary Lodging Facility
Fort Benning Lodging has 688 affordable guest rooms offering various amenities. These facilities are available to all services, active and retired military, foreign officers, DOD Civilians and authorized guests. All guest rooms have security locking system, computer capabilities and laundry facilities are available.
Availability
Very often, and especially during the summer months, on-post lodging is booked to capacity; however, Columbus offers a wide variety of temporary lodging choices. When space is not available Fort Benning Lodging will assist you with your off Post accommodations. Columbus has a multitude of lodging choices ranging from luxury to economy accommodations. There are also many extended stay facilities/suites that offer kitchenettes and monthly rates.
Off Base Temporary Lodging Facility
Open year round, Uchee Creek Army Campground and Marina is located on the southwestern side of Fort Benning. Nestled along the banks of the Chattahoochee River our 385 park has 85 RV sites, 40 cabins, 15 chalets, tent sites, numerous recreation areas, rental facilities and a wealth of outdoor activities.
