At F.E. Warren, military family housing is privatized. Balfour Beatty Communities owns the family housing and is responsible for maintaining, repairing, constructing and managing the community. Currently, housing for certain categories can take up to 6 months to obtain. Inbound personnel are highly encouraged to contact their sponsor or the F.E.
