Check In Procedures
If checking in during normal working hours (Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm) report to the Administrative Department in Building 1401, 2nd floor, room 207. If checking in any other time report to the Bachelor Quarters in Building 2957.

Travel Planning
It is probably best to make your Temporary Lodging reservation well in advance of your arrival to NAS Whiting Field. The Gateway Inns & Suites is the only temporary lodging facility on base. Please refer to the Housing-Temporary category for contact information.
What to do if you get Married Enroute
If you get married before you PCS, you must inform your commander and follow the procedures exactly as you are given them. The military will not pay for travel and housing of your spouse if you do not follow proper procedures.
