*The Indian Hills Inn provides lodging service for Tinker AFB. Use of the facilities is available to all authorized personnel traveling on official orders to/from the installation as well as Space Available travelers. All members traveling on official orders to/from the installation MUST check availability on base before attempting to secure commercial quarters off base. Non-availability authorizations WILL NOT be provided after arrival date.

Policies
*Pets - There are a limited number of pet-friendly rooms available in the Indian Hills Inn on Tinker AFB. You may only have two pets per room and vaccination records are required. There is an additional fee per night fee for the pet friendly rooms. For more information, contact the Indian Hill Lodge.
*If Pet-friendly rooms are not available at Indian Hills Inn, it is your responsibility to secure kenneling off base. A Guest Service Representative may be able to assist in locating a kennel accommodations. The list is provided for your convenience only. Tinker AFB does not recommend or endorse any of the businesses. The lack of available pet friendly quarters does not warrant refusal quarters and Indian Hills will not issue non-availability authorizations due to pet friendly quarters.
*Reservations - To reserve a room at the Indian Hills Inn, call and give the Guest Service Representative your dates of arrival and departure, some pertinent personal information, the purpose of the visit and the number of a major credit card if you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m. All reservations that are not secured (guaranteed) to a credit card (VISA/MasterCard) will automatically cancel at 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Reservation secured with a credit card will be held until 5:00 a.m. the following morning. If your travel plans change call the Guest Service Representative to make changes. If the reservation is not cancelled prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival or the guest has not registered by 5:00 a.m. the following morning the credit card will be billed for one night and ll remaining nights on that reservation will be cancelled.
*Travelers on official orders to the installation may make reservations 72 hours a day, 7 days a week. Military and Department of Defense (DoD) civilians TDY or Permanent Change of Station (PCS) to the surrounding local area are considered Space Available Travelers.
*Space Available travelers may request reservations 72 hours prior to anticipated arrival date for up to a 3 night stay, based on availability. Space Available travelers are Retired United States military and their dependents and civilian members with DoD civilians, both must have valid identification cards. Personnel in PCS status will be allowed 14 nights for PCSing to the installation and 7 nights on PCSing out from the installation. Extensions may be granted based on availability. DoD civilian personnel are considered Space Available and are not authorized PCS status for lodging purposes.
