Payment for all official transient facilities (guest house or TDY) is payable upon registration.

A continental breakfast is available each morning in the lobby area at no charge.

Reporting Procedures

If you arrive during the duty day (7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday), contact your sponsor and your unit's orderly room to let them know you have arrived. They and/or your unit's first sergeant will assist you in procuring a room. If you arrive after duty hours go to the Lodging Office (All American Inn, Bldg 2786), and they will provide a VAQ/VOQ room for the night or weekend.

When you expend your permissive TDY or personal leave, contact Customer Service/INTRO Manager at the Military Personnel Section, Bldg 2916, 609-754-0513/0353, for information about in-processing. In-processing is conducted through the squadron assigned. Base Newcomers Orientation is conducted twice monthly, Tuesdays at 8 a.m. in the Military and Family support Center (MFSC), 3435 Broidy Road, McGuire.
