Legal Services
The Naval Air Station Key West Staff Judge Advocate provides limited legal assistance on an as available basis. Personnel is need of Legal Assistance are required to come into the Legal Office and complete an intake sheet, which will then be forwarded to the Naval Legal Service Office in Jacksonville. An attorney from Jacksonville will provide a telephonic consult. All active duty, dependants, and retirees are eligible for this service. Notary and Powers of Attorneys are available on a walk-in basis. Claims will be handled by the Jacksonville office.
