In Key West a variety of clubs and school social activities keep your children busy. Listed below are organizations that offer information on their particular programs. The MWR Boys and Girls Club recently opened a facility. A wealth of creative, supervised youth activities are available for youth between the ages of 5-18. The activities are designed to be fun, promote physical fitness and develop lifelong recreation skills. As an added benefit, youth programs may also help young people overcome the stress associated with relocating and adjusting to new friends and peer groups at a new duty station. On base youth activites are sponsored by MWR's Boys and Girls Club. A variety of events are sponsored by the MWR Community Center on a regular basis. These events include pool parties, lock-ins and dances.
