Base Regulations
Carlisle Barracks Vehicle Inspections -- All vehicles without a Carlisle Barracks decal will be stopped and checked for a driver's license at the front and back gates.
Speed Limits -- No more than 15 miles per hour post wide and in some places you are limited from 5 to 10 miles per hour.
Cell Phones -- Hands-free devices must be used while operating a motor vehicle on ALL military installations worldwide.

The hours are Monday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Tuesday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. It is closed on weekends and holidays.
