Legal Services
A Limited Duty Officer (LAW) and one civilian Paralegal staff the Legal Office. The office provides legal support for NAS Whiting Field, Training Air Wing FIVE and the tenant commands aboard the station. The Legal Office is located in Bldg. 1401, Room 112 and is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.

The Legal Office provides:
- Wills
- Powers of attorney
- Notary services
- Wide variety of other legal services
More complex legal issues and wills require an appointment with an attorney. Appointments may be made either by visiting the office or by calling 850-623-7231 ext. 42 or 43.
Legal Assistance is open to all Active Duty personnel form all branches of Service as well as Military Retiree's.
