Child Development Center (CDC)
Naval Support Activity Washington Child Development Center is located in Building 413 on NSF Anacostia. The program is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and provides quality childcare for children six weeks to 5 years of age. Full quality developmental programs are offered in a new state-of-the art facility which accommodates 300 children. A caring and highly professional staff implement planned activities which stimulate the emotional, social, physical and intellectual growth of the whole child. The CDC provides care for children of active duty military and DoD civilians.
Programs Offered -- In addition to full time, weekly care, hourly care is generally available by making a same day reservation after 0800.
