  • Costs
    • Rates are computed based on the family's total income which is verified by the service member's Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) and the spouse's current payroll check stub. Incomes are then matched to DoD fee categories. The Fee Range is based on total family income.
    • The fees include meals and snacks. Payment is due by 4:45 p.m. each Friday before the week of service, the 1st and 15th. A late fee (per child) for up to 3 days will be accrued if payments are made after the due date. Chronic lateness may cause your child(ren) to be dropped from care. If you choose a vacation plan and leave the program before your contractual year is up, you will have to pay back any vacation time not earned. Vacation time may not carry over to the next fiscal year. Parents are to pay the highest fee unless they have provided proof of total family income that places them into a lower category.
    • Late Charges – A fee per each 15 minutes or any portion thereof after closing and for every minute past that time. A late fee for every 15 minutes past your contracted pick up time unless approved by the center director/designee. The hourly rate will also be added to the late charge in half hour increments.
