The Arsenal housing has recently undergone reconstruction of its family housing units. With new construction completed, the Arsenal will maintain 5 family housing units designated for field grade officers. The two story houses will consist of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Assignment of housing quarters will be designated by the DPW's Housing Manager with final assignment authority by the Installation Commander.
Family Housing – Availability - There is a limited number of single family dwelling units located on post. These dwelling units are primarily assigned to permanent party personnel, assigned to Pine Bluff Arsenal. Military personnel not assigned to the post are provided housing on a space available basis.
Eligibility - All Military Personnel are offered housing as available however due to the limited family dwelling units you should contact the housing office to check availability.
Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH)/ Single Soldier - Single soldiers (E1-E5) are assigned UPH on a first come first served basis. Any service member (Army, Navy, Marine, Air Force, Coast Guard, or Public Service) assigned to the Military Housing Areas (MHA) serviced by Pine Bluff Arsenal is eligible for UPH. Geographic bachelors are also eligible for UPH, on a space available basis.
