Reporting Procedures
BOOK YOUR LOCAL HOTELS HERE On-base temporary lodging at MCRD Parris Island is in The Osprey Inn and Parris Island RV Park. The closest hotels are about 5 miles north of the facility in Port Royal. More hotels and motels are about 8 miles north of the Depot in Beaufort.
All personnel reporting to Parris Island for duty during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., will report to the Installation Personnel Administration Administration Center (IPAC), Building 923.
After working hours, on weekends and holidays, please report to the Headquarters and Service Battalion Officer of the Day in Building 144.
The Military Postal Facility hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, closed from 1:00pm until 1:30pm. The phone number for the Postal facility is 843-228-2812. Incoming personnel should contact their units for correct mailing addresses prior to arrival.
All personnel will check-in in the Service 'A' uniform. For concerns or questions, please call 843-228-2406 or DSN 312-335-2406.
