Registering Vehicles on Base
Decals are no longer required however, vehicles must still be registered with the Visitor Control Center (aka Pass & ID) - regardless of what base you are stationed on.
To register your vehicle you will need the following:
Military ID, valid registration, valid Driver's License, proof of insurance, & safety inspection (if registered in VA). Also, if you sell or no longer are in possession of a vehicle, that information needs to be relayed to the VCC staff.

Cell phones are prohibited from use while driving on any installation in the Hampton Roads area this includes hands free devices.
Speed Limits
Speed limits are strictly enforced on all bases in the Hampton Roads region. Failure to comply will result in fines and lose of driving privileges on all bases.
