Activities
There are many activities at the Naval Air Station Lemoore for newcomers and their dependents to enjoy and take advantage of. Just to mention a few: Navy Exchange, The Village, Chapel Youth Services, Youth Recreation Center, Kids Zone, RV park, Spur and Saddle club, Flying club, and Base Theater which provides free movies to all military and dependents.
The Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department should always be on your agenda. With all of the MWR facilities available, especially the Outdoor Adventure Center, Auto Hobby Shop, sports and fitness, and the clubs! Take advantage of these services when you first arrive at NAS Lemoore.
The MWR facility managers are constantly researching new programs, planning trips, classes and services ranging from auto hobby tune-up classes, white water rafting trips, expanded fitness courses, to new live entertainment, tournaments and games at the clubs.
