Child Care (CDC)
The Indian Head Child Development Program offers full-time care. Children are grouped according to age: infants, toddlers, twos, threes, fours and fives. The daily schedule is divided into active and quiet playtime and is designed to support the child's most important years of growth and learning. Children who stay at the centers will have the opportunity to establish and maintain friendships and become responsible for their actions through self-discipline. Art and music activities are offered as well as units on number recognition, holidays, seasons, health, safety and family structure, which allow children to develop language, math and social skills. Before arrival in Indian Head, you may call for information regarding the placement of your child on the waiting list for childcare.
