From the street you know this house is different! At first glance it appears small, however, that is NOT the case! This home has plenty of room for everyone and lots of different spaces. It's Friday night and you just got home from work. You open the garden gate door, head down the steps and walk towards to the 3 Season room. As soon as you open the door you see the Tiki Bar, dart board and sports memorabilia on the walls which gives the room great character. A tantalizing aroma drifts from your newly remodeled Kitchen, curious you open the door and family and friends are gathered all around. More people can be seen on the Deck off the Sunroom and you hear splashing from the Hot Tub nearby. This party is getting in full swing! Waving your "Hellos", you head upstairs to change clothes admiring the lit Waterfall and beautiful foliage around it in the stairwell as you go. Just beyond the Living Room the soft glow of your significant other~s computer screen lights the Office and there's a lovely fire crackling in the fireplace. The sounds of laughter from your family comes drifting down the hall who are hanging out with their friends playing games. Whistling you enter the Master Bedroom to change into some casual clothes and notice that the laundry is beginning to pile up. You gather the clothes, open the Laundry Room door and put them in the clothes washer and push "start". The full Bath, adjacent to the Laundry Room, has recently been remodeled and reminds you of the latest trends on Pinterest boards ~ beautiful neutral colors with elegant tile work, river rock on the shower floor and gleaming marble on the vanity. As you head back down the steps into the Kitchen the Wine Cooler catches your eye and a bottle of Cabernet beckons. As you pour a glass of wine the setting sun gleams on the floor of the Family Room tempting you to relax in your favorite recliner. Instead, you gaze out the sliding glass door onto the deck and in the yard area and witness serious games of cornhole and horseshoes being played. Tempted to join in the fun instead, you step onto the Deck and the smell of S'mores greets you. Gazing down the steps by the new retaining wall you see some friends gathered around the Fire Pit roasting marshmallows and decide to join the fun. Smiling, you suddenly realize all is good with the world here on Mountain Road!
