Legal Assistance
Active duty Soldiers and Family members, Retiree’s and their family members are entitled to utilize the Legal Assistance Office. In general, National Guard or Reservists must be activated on orders to use the services; otherwise they must contact their local unit representatives for assistance.
Services offered are limited to certain times and days, below is the current schedule:
- Powers Of Attorney/Notaries - 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (open during lunch)
- Will Interviews - 8:30 a.m. Monday (You must be signed in prior to 8:45 a.m.)
- Will Execution – 1:00 p.m. Wednesday (You must be signed in prior to 1:30 p.m.)
- Student/Instructor Priority Walk-Ins are seen on a first-come, first-serve basis 7:30 to 8:30 Tuesday and Thursday.
- Active Duty/Dependent Walk-Ins are seen on a first-come, first-serve basis 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday and from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday.
- Retiree Appointments are from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
