Government housing at NSA Saratoga Springs is Public Private Venture (PPV) housing managed by Balfour Beatty Communities. PPV housing is available to all active duty service members with or without dependents, officer or enlisted. Active duty members with dependents have priority. Housing consists of 50 units of two-bedroom townhouses and 50 units of three bedroom townhouses. Additionally, there are 100 units of two-bedroom apartments, twenty-five of which are furnished. There are four apartments per building, with each apartment having a one-car garage. The townhouses offer bi-level living, one-car attached garage and a fenced yard.
