Inprocessing Procedures
All check-in procedures must be conducted in the Uniform of the Day.
Arrival During Working Hours
Navy staff arriving during working hours should proceed to the respective command for reporting endorsement and a general information brief from the Command PASS Coordinator within in the next business day of arriving at their command. Within three days of arriving at their command, members will be required to complete check-in procedures with Command/CPC. Original orders containing reporting endorsement, and all receipts, including TLE receipts, completed travel claim updated record of emergency data to CPC for transmission in TOPS.
Arrival After Normal Working Hours
Navy staff arriving after normal working hours should proceed to their Admin/Personnel Office or Command PASS Coordinator.

Travel Planning
Make your temporary Lodging reservations well in advance of your arrival to NSA Mid-South. On-Base resources include the Navy Lodge and Bachelor Quarters. MWR has Cottages with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, fully furnished, wired for telephone and cable, 16 campers are available for rental as well call 901 874-5653 or visit the Central Reservation Center at the Ellison Recreation Center Bldg. S499.
What To Do If You Get Married Enroute
If you get married before you PCS, you must inform your commander and follow the procedures exactly as you are given them. The military will not pay for travel and housing of your spouse if you do not follow proper procedures. The same goes for moving your household goods to your new duty assignment, you must have prior approval from the Military Transportation Office. You can contact the NSA Mid-South Personal Property Office at 901-874-7773 if you have any questions. Furthermore, if you are a student and get married enroute do not bring your spouse with you. You will not receive any compensation, to or from NSA Mid-South, for moving your spouse regardless of "Brown Bagger Chit" status. For more information: contact the Relocation Office at 901-874-5075.
