Legal Services
The Fort Rucker Legal Assistance Office is staffed with Army Judge Advocates and civilian and military legal assistants.
Types of Services
The attorneys can advise active duty, family members and retirees. They can also prepare documents in a myriad of areas including:
- Wills
- Powers of attorney
- Family law
- Landlord-tenant law
- Consumer protection law
Many legal pitfalls and everyday difficulties can be prevented by consulting with an Army attorney at the first hint of trouble.
Consultations by appointment only. Powers of Attorney and Notarizations are done on a walk-in basis.
