Reservations
Service members and their families that are on PCS orders for Fort Leonard Wood can make reservations 60 days prior to their arrival date. Maximum length of stay is 30 days without forfeiture of BAH. Graduation visitors (immediate family) can make reservations two weeks prior to the graduation date.

It is highly recommended that all personnel on official orders call in advance for reservations. Graduation (immediate family) and all other visitors can check on availability at any time. Availability
There is a waiting list for the eight cottages for use by PCS families with pets for an additional charge of $5.00 per day, Please note there is a 30 day waiting list. Retirees can call 30 days prior.
Pets
Fort Leonard Wood Lodging has eight cottages available for PCS families with pets. Due to the limited number of cottages, there is a waiting list. of 30 days. The additional charge is $5.00 per pet, per night and a onetime $30.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee. A $75.00 non refundable pet fee is charge for the first five nights. Starting on the sixth night, an additional $7.00 per night is charged.
Rates
Rate is $32.00 per night and $5.00 for each additional person and/or pet. Rates range from $35.50 $55.00 to $46.50 $83.00 per night. There is an additional, non refundable, pet fee of $75.00 for the first five nights. and $5.00 for each additional person per night.
