Check-in Procedures
Reporting Procedures
Personnel must be in the uniform of the day. Summer uniforms are worn from the first Monday in March and are khaki for chiefs and officers and summer whites for E-6 and below. Winter uniforms are worn from the first Monday in December and are khaki for chiefs and officers and winter blues for E-6 and below.
Upon your arrival if you are unsure of where you should "check in" for your new command, ask base gate security personnel for the quarterdeck or call the NAS Officer of the Day, Building 2, 361-961-2384 or DSN 361-861-2384 or the Duty Office of your reporting command for directions and guidance as to proper check-in procedures. They can be reached 24 hours a day.
Depending upon your command, all personnel are usually directed to their respective Command PASS Coordinator (CPC) for processing. Most of the processing will be done on the command level with your CPC.
After working hours, check-in with Officer of the Day (OOD), Bldg 2. OOD will stamp your orders. The OOD will be on duty from 6:45 am to 9 pm.

You will need to check-in with the Navy Lodge even if you were told by the reservation clerk that the Navy Lodge was full. The front desk of the Navy Lodge is open 24 hours a day.
If quarters are not available at the Navy Lodge, ensure that your orders are stamped with the Navy Lodge Non-Availability stamp prior to checking into off station hotels.
