Check-in Procedures
Inprocessing Procedures
- You should report directly to your individual command for guidance on arrival procudures. If you arrive after normal duty hours report to the 24 hour check-in point at the Gateway Inn, Building 602, 52 Thiesen Street.
- Your Command Support Staff will direct you how to accomplish your inprocessing and assist you to accomplish all your mandatory appointments.
Travel Planning
- The Gateway Inn is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Active duty, Reserve, National Guard, retirees, and DOD civilians are authorized to use lodging facilities on JBAB.
If you get Married Enroute
- If you get married before you PCS, you must inform your commander and follow the procedures exactly as you are given them. The military will not pay for travel and housing of your spouse if you do not follow proper procedures
