If arriving after hours the 24-hour arrival point is the Red River Inn, building 82 located at 109 E Ave. They will assist you in securing temporary accommodations. The temporary lodging facilities on base have kitchen facilities, bedroom area, private bath and other conveniences. Fees are $41.25 for all ranks regardless of the number of occupants. Red River Inn has six "pet friendly" temporary lodging rooms, fees for these rooms are $51.25. If they are occupied you will need to make arrangements for your pets in a local community boarding facility.
Inprocessing Procedures
You will inprocess with the Unit to which you are assigned. Inprocessing is conducted through your unit orderly room. Briefings are currently held weekly. All inprocessing appointments are scheduled through your unit orderly room. For arrival during duty hours report to your unit orderly room. For arrival after hours report to the 24 hour reporting location in the Billeting Office, building 82. Single enlisted personnel should ask their sponsor in advance if they should stay in lodging, or if a dormitory room is available. Attendance at Newcomers Orientation is mandatory for military personnel and highly encouraged for spouses.

Getting Married Enroute
Are you getting married before you PCS? You must inform your commander and follow the procedures exactly as you are given them. The military will not pay for travel and housing of your spouse if you do not follow proper procedures.
