Legal Services
Sheppard's Law Center (Legal Office) provides free legal assistance and preventative law information to active-duty and retired members and their families. Services are available to all military, retired military and dependents with valid identification cards. Services are not available to DoD civilians.
Attorneys are available for legal advice. They also prepare wills, living wills, and medical powers of attorney. Powers of attorney and notary services are available during office hours.
Hours of Operation
Legal assistance is by appointment only, Monday-Friday. Notary service and powers of attorney are provided free and without appointment Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Office closes at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday for training.
