Base Decals --Base decals are not required and are no longer issued on March ARB.
Traffic -- California state traffic laws apply on March ARB. Seat belts are mandatory. State, local, and base officials can stop vehicles suspected in non-compliance with the seat belt law. Child seats/restraints are mandatory for children under 40 pounds and/or 4 years of age. Helmets are required for cyclists and motorcyclists.
Vehicle Checks -- All vehicles entering or leaving March ARB are subject to search.
Accidents -- Accidents which occur on base should be reported to the Security Forces Law Enforcement Desk at 951-655-2981.
