*Programs Offered - Following is a list of programs available at the CDC:

1.Infant Care - Our infant program is designed for children 6 weeks to 12 months. In order to meet your baby's individual needs and developmental stages, we have four separate rooms; two for 6 weeks to 6 months and two for 6 months to 12 months.

2.Pre-toddler care - The pre-toddler program cares for children ages 12 months to 24 months. The staff is carefully selected to give your child the care, stimuli, security and consistency each individual child needs at this time.

3.Toddler care - The toddler program is for children ages 2 years to 3 years. Our staff is trained to guide your child through the various stages of development when he/she is physically, emotionally and socially ready.

4.Pre-school care - The pre-school program is for children ages 3 years to 5 years. Our staff provides the care needed to guide your child's social, emotional, intellectual and physical development. *Family Child Care (FCC)

*Family Child Care programs consist of in-home care provided by licensed and affiliated providers. Trained FCC providers are available to provide daily, night, weekend, and unusual hours of care for children 2 weeks to 12 years of age. Providers are required to complete an extensive training program and are constantly monitored for quality to maintain licensing. Family Child Care is a realistic alternative to a center-based care program. FCCs provide home-like, individualized care.

*Special programs are offered for Extended Duty Care, Missile Care, Child Care for PCS, Child Care for Volunteers - contact the FCC coordinator at 406-731-2116 for more information.

*Give Parents A Break Program - The Air Force Aid Society is providing funding for the Child Development Center to be open once a month to care for children of parents who are needing a break due to the demands of military life and parenting. With frequent deployments, long working hours, remote tours, etc., parents often find it difficult to cope with demands of parenting. Additionally, most Air Force families are far from family who might otherwise offer support.

*This program provides commanders, first sergeants, and other base officials, in the referral network, a way to help. Give Parents a Break is normally held the first Saturday of each month from noon to 5:00 p.m. Please call the Child Development Center at 406-731-2417 for current program dates, times and to make reservations. The program is open to children ages 6 weeks to 9 years of age.
