* Temporary Lodging Facility - Be sure to work closely with your sponsor in making your billeting arrangements. Unaccompanied airmen should work through their sponsor to set up a dormitory room.
*Availability - If you arrive with your family, there are 50 suites available in the temporary lodging facility across the street from the lodging office. The temporary lodging units operate on a space-available basis.
Amenities
* Each suite features a living room with a color television and telephone. A sofa sleeper and sleeper chair provide sleeping accommodations for three people. The bedroom has a double bed, dresser and mirror. Each unit also includes a private bathroom and vanity area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large refrigerator, electric range, microwave, coffee maker, dish ware, glassware and cooking utensils. Rollaway beds, cribs and high chairs are available on request. In making long-distance phone calls from billeting, you may find it cost-effective to use a personal or pre-paid phone card. Please check with the billeting desk to inquire about long distance charges.
*Four suites have handicapped access and 12 suites are no-smoking areas. Three laundry rooms, each with four washers and dryers, are located throughout the facility. Two vending rooms containing newspapers, snacks, sodas and ice machines are in-place for guest use. The lobby in the Holloman Inn has numerous food, travel and sundry items for sale.
Policies
*Pets - The Temporary Lodging Facility now accepts pets in their authorized pet rooms on a first come, first service basis. There are ten rooms set aside for families with pets. There is an additional $10.00 fee for these rooms.
*Reservations - For your family's convenience, we recommend you make reservations well in advance of your arrival. Reservations are accepted for a maximum of 30 days for those arriving PCS and space-available thereafter. Call 575-572-7160/575-572-3311 to make your reservation.
